Realizing
the vision of the
CEO.

The new CEO of a large, multinational company was looking to establish her priorities and infuse her vision into the culture of the organization. Her starting point: collaboration, DeMar, was given the task of figuring out how new software, just purchased by IT, could introduce evolved communication principles and practices. This facilitated the CEO’s vision and enabled a change management campaign that justified the technology investment.
Designed a campaign targeting tens of thousands of corporate employees
One-month integrated campaign with over 50 assets
Ten business groups partnered to determine contextual impact
Results
The campaign was created by leveraging insights and learnings collected from different business groups around the company. Understanding the needs and objectives of the business, their language, and the different requirements of the employees, a campaign with broad appeal and increased inclusivity was able to be implemented.
Results included higher engagement between teams and a willingness to explore new ideas related to business impact. The vision of the CEO was realized by increasing collaboration in teams and cross-functionality between groups. Other discoveries were made, specifically in groups that were not traditionally technical or forward-thinking in their approach to their work.
